The machine can be placed on the edge of a table or edge of a shelf where it is secured with a clamp. It has a dual 1.5mm tagliolini cutter and 6mm fettuccine cutter. After mixing and rolling your pasta dough, you feed it through the machine rollers, using the hand crank, which will flatten out the dough into thin sheets. When you are ready to cut, select the cutter you want, feed the dough through again using the crank handle. Perfectly sliced pasta strips fall out at the bottom.
